Extended Care On Site Program
Extended Care will be in operation Monday through Friday, from 3 PM to 6 PM on days when school is in session. On early dismissal days, care will be provided from dismissal time until 6 PM. Any student remaining after 6:00 PM will be charged at the rate of $1.00 per minute, per child. After three late pickups, your child/children may be dropped from the Extended Care roll.
This program involves snacks, supervised homework, reading time, appropriate videos and television programs, crafts and free time.
There is a $35.00 registration fee, per family, per year.
WEEKLY FEES:

2 Children $45.00
3 Children $60.00
THE ABOVE FEES ARE DUE AND PAYABLE ON FRIDAY FOR THE FOLLOWING WEEK.
If by Tuesday, the regularly scheduled payment has not been made, a delinquent charge of $15.00 will be added to the unpaid weekly amount and your child/children will not be admitted to Day Care.
DROP-IN FEES FOR NON-REGISTERED STUDENTS
1 Child $10.00 per hour
2 Children $15.00 per hour
Drop-in children or children picked up when the Extended Care personnel do their yard duty sweep in the morning, and from the classrooms 15 minutes after Dismissal, will be charged $10.00 an hour or any part of an hour beginning at 15 minutes after Dismissal. This fee must be paid on the same day. If it is not paid by the following day, a late fee of $15.00 will be charged unless other arrangements have been made. with the Extended Care Director. If the fee and late fee are not paid on time, this amount will be added to your tuition account and your child/children will not be allowed to return to Extended Care until it is paid in full.
All payments are to be made directly to Extended Care. Check are the preferred form of payment. Checks are to be made out to School of Our Lady Extended Care. DO NOT INCLUDE THIS FEE WITH ANY OTHER PAYMENT YOU MAKE TO THE SCHOOL. A $15.00 return fee will be charged for checks returned from your bank for any reason. Should a second check be returned, payment will be accepted in cash or money order only. If you are consistently late with your payments, your child will not be accepted back in Extended Care until the account is current.

LUNCH PROGRAM
Hot lunches are served every day at a nominal cost - $3.75/ lunch. Students who purchase lunch at school must purchase a $37.50 lunch ticket that will service them for 10 lunches. The $37.50 fee is to be sent to the school office every other Friday morning or when needed in an envelope with the child's name and grade written on the outside.
Students will be accompanied by the teacher to the lunch room for hot lunch. Students will remain seated under the pavilion to eat lunch until dismissed by the yard duty personnel. NO FOOD is taken out of the lunch area. Any student leaving food or drink strewn around will return to the tables to clean up any trash during the remainder of the lunch period. Lunches and snacks which arrive during school hours are to be left at the office. Lunch is not provided on 12:00 dismissal days.
TUTORING PROGRAM
The after-school tutoring program is in full force. Time schedule: M,T,W, from 3:15-4 PM, and Thurs - 2:00–3:15 PM. We have been blessed with four tutors to work with students that would benefit from more help. Students will be referred according to their needs by their teachers. Please make sure you return the consent form that is provided for your child.
COUNSELING PROGRAM
Our school counselor will be here on Wednesdays from 8 AM - 3 PM to talk to students who are referred for counseling. Make sure you have turned in the Outreach Counseling form you received in your registration packet.
