Tuition and Fees
Each family will receive monthly tuition statements. Payments are due on the 1st of every month. Tuition payments may be sent with your child or turned in at the school office. You are responsible for getting a receipt for cash payments. Payments received after the tenth day of the month will be assessed a $25 late fee. Late fees will not be waived. Unpaid tuition accounts are considered delinquent one month after they are due. Class attendance for your child/children could be withheld until such payments are current or payment arrangements have been made. Families who are experiencing temporary financial difficulty are expected to contact our Bookkeeper at (714) 545-8185, to make arrangements for payment. These arrangements will be considered binding.
Check Return Policy:
If a check is returned from the bank for any reason, it will be resubmitted and a $25 charge will be assessed to your school account. The second time a check is returned, the school will no longer accept payment by check from you and future fees or charges must be paid by in cash or by money order. This policy applies to ANY payment.
Tuition and Fees
Fund-raising
Parents must participate in any of the the following programs and earn a $380 PROFIT or pay an additional Non-participation Tuition Fee of $38.00 per month:
* Raffle- sell or buy raffle tickets. The raffle is held in conjunction with the Parish Fiesta (Carnival). Profit earned will be applied to your fund raising profit.
*Parents' Association Fund Raisers- You will have the opportunity to sell gift wrap and other items.
Service Hours
You must complete 25 service hours per year, 5 of which must be at the Parish Fiesta (Carnival). Unfulfilled hours will be charged to your tuition account at the rate of $25 per uncompleted hour. Each family is responsible for having its Volunteer Hours Sheet signed immediately by the Chair person or person in charge at the time of service and he/she will submit the hours to the school secretary. Service hours may be earned in a variety of ways – participation in the Parent Association, School Board, working at fund raisers, chaperoning field trips, donations of needed items, assisting the sports program, coordinating special programs, and any service approved by the principal.
